The Somatic Healing Circle is a trauma-informed, nervous system-aware healing experience designed to support deep emotional integration in a safe and structured environment.
This is not a surface-level wellness workshop.
This is grounded, body-based healing.
Rooted in trauma-informed principles, somatic practices, and psychology-backed awareness, this two-hour circle gently guides you into regulation, insight, and embodied integration.
