The Slow of Yoga...immerse yourself in a deep journey of breath, mindfulness and yin yoga asana.// The Art of Letting Go //
This immersion is inspired by autumn, a time of slowing down, a time of letting go in order to create fertile ground for the new. Yin yoga teaches the Art of Letting Go in an inspiring way, a path to comprehend borders, edges and open up to physical and mental expansion.

Expect a mindful journey through the body, with the support of breath, meditation, YIN Yoga asanas, and a guided yoga nidra (yogic sleep) to seal our practice.
Join us for a beautiful journey through the deep layers of the body, on SUNDAY 8th of March, 10am-12:00pm at the Beacon Yoga Centre.

NEW TO YIN YOGA?
Yin Yoga is a powerful tool of regeneration designed to release tension in the muscles and work deeply the body’s connective tissues, it cleanses and rejuvenates at a cellular level. This slow-pace type of yoga is also a unique way to develop a mindful relationship with yourself, as you take time to go within and witness the body's sensations and subtle movements. More broadly, Yin provides a safe space to unwind and soothe our nervous system and allows to let go of deep layers of hidden stress and other types of holding.
