Release tension, shift energy, and access deeper states of awareness
About this Event

A 90-minute guided journey into the power of breath.

Join Jantzen, SOMA Breath facilitator, and experience the powerful, transformational effects of SOMA breath. Release tension, shift energy, and access deeper states of awareness and feel supported in reconnecting to your body and inner landscape.

We’ll close with a 30-minute community tea, offering space to gently integrate, reflect, and share your experience in a grounded, welcoming environment.

About Jantzen O'Toole

Jantzen is a certified SOMA Breath facilitator who guides grounded, immersive breathwork journeys that help people quiet the mind, return to the body, and reconnect with themselves. His work is rooted in creating a supportive space where participants can soften, listen inward, and access greater clarity, presence, and inner peace.
After realizing that success meant little without peace, health, and purpose, breathwork became a powerful path back to what felt true. Alongside his facilitation work, Jantzen has spent years in personal practice through meditation, yoga, and breathwork, which continue to shape the way he guides others.
His sessions blend music, visualization, and guided breathing techniques to create a deeply immersive experience that supports self discovery, meditative depth, and a grounded connection to the heart. Participants often leave feeling more open, clear, peaceful, and connected to themselves, and at times touched by a deep sense of inner bliss.
