Join Jenny (Third Space London, Liverpool FC, Nike, Fearne Cotton's Happy Place) for a Sunday Day Retreat, giving you space to expand your yoga practice, delve into meditation expansive breath work, set intentions and fully reset for the week ahead.

💫The attention to detail & multi-sensory elements complimented an absolutely memorable experience. I feel blessed to have been a member of the group to attend both parts & my heart & soul a little fuller & richer for it.
💫 ' The mindfulness/meditation in the second half of the day, really opened something that I didn’t expect, but because of Jenny’s support, I found it a really safe space to explore further, which I otherwise might not have. Also the breath work at the beginning of the day was mind blowing! Literally 🔥
💫Massive, massive thanks for today!! I was pretty sure it would be good, but it really was fantastic and such a positive experience. The space where so many people feel comfortable and able to get what they need from a practice was seriously impressive!
💫 You have no idea how eye and heart opening that was. My husband and I loved your class, along with personal reflection; the class helped us open up a channel to discuss about our feelings or just check in with each other on an emotional level and I think we forgot to do that in a very long time. Felt so calm and at peace and personally I am learning to be patient and your breath-work routine along with your guidance along with it was really helped ! Best Sunday spent after a really long time!
💫LOVED YOUR WORKSHOP. LOVED IT!! I have loved your way being a mix of science and holistic approach! Very close to mine approach as well..Quantum physics, namaste! Hahaha. It is something I was and am looking for among holistic communities. See you at the next one
