We warmly invite you into a sacred evening of deep relaxation, healing sound, and soul-nourishing vibrational light-codes.We will begin the evening by sharing a warm cup of cacao together — offered in reverence to Mother Earth and her beautiful plant medicines. This simple, conscious moment allows us to slow down, open the heart, and gently arrive into the space together. As we drink, we connect with the spirit of cacao, grounding ourselves in gratitude for the Earth that sustains us and the medicines that support our healing.

From this heart-centered beginning, we will move into the Sound Healing Inner Journey.

This Sound Bath is more than a vibrational experience — it is a journey into remembering who you are.
As waves of quartz crystal bowls, chakra chimes, and grounding instruments gently wash over your body and nervous system, carefully chosen empowering quotes and wisdom phrases will be softly woven into the soundscape. These words are offered like seeds — to help you believe in yourself, soften into trust, feel supported, and reconnect with your inner strength.
