Join Natalhie Ruiz of Sol Alignment in a safe and nurturing container designed for soulful connections and deep introspection. Sol Circle offers a unique theme each month and features special guests who guide us through transformative experiences.

THE THEME FOR THIS MONTH'S CIRCLE
Cancer Season + Healing Ancestral Trauma:
Cancer season brings a nurturing and healing energy, encouraging us to connect with our emotions and care for ourselves and others. 🌟✨ Natalhie will guide us in harnessing this energy with Cacao medicine, a nurturing and motherly spirit. With Cancer and Mama Cacao, we'll be guided to find strength and love to heal from wounds that don't belong to us. This connection will then prepare us to join our special guest, Kat Daou, in her Ancestral Subconscious Meditation to heal our lineages.
We will connect to a low dosage of Cacao under Indigenous teachings from the Cocamilla tradition of Peru, cultivating harmony between mind, body, and spirit through meditation. Our hearts will be guided toward gratitude and reverence as we honor Cacao and her sacred teachings.

ABOUT THE MEDITATION:

Join Kat as she guides you through the Ancestral Subconscious Meditation where you will visit the depths of your subconscious to connect to your lineage DNA which holds the wisdom of your ancestors. You will be able to connect certain ancestors who are here to provide messages or guidance from them in this practice. After you awaken from this divine meditation, we will answer any questions or discuss what you received and how Family Constellation Therapy can support your journey.

THIS MEDITATION IS FOR YOU IF YOU...

• are interested im ancestral healing but not sure how deep you really need to go. This is a good place to start!
• seek to connect deeper with your lineage + a specific ancestor who is ready to support you.
• Enjoy meditation and feel that connecting with your subconscious can help you get to your next level of healing.

We will then engage in heart-to-heart conversations and reflections within the circle. This is where we unite as a community and hold space for one another. Creating opportunities to share our own wisdom and nurture sisterhood.

How to Prepare

• Fast at least 1 hour before to receive Cacao's medicine
• Avoid heavy, greasy, and sugary foods to keep energy channels open
• Avoid alcohol, other plant medicines, and other substances at least 1 day before to
  respect and honor the spirit and healing energy of Cacao.
• First-time guest: You must fill out an intake form before the circle (I will send it out a few days before the circle).
  

What to Bring:

• Comfortable and loose clothing
• Journal and pen
• Water

About Us:

• Natalhie Ruiz is the owner and guide of Sol Alignment. She is a plant medicine guide and integration coach. She has worked with sacred plant medicines for 5 years under the Cocamilla lineage and Shipibo-Conibo teachings. She has guided people from all backgrounds in individual sessions, group sessions, and plant medicine ceremonies around the country and in Peru. Natalhie's work is deeply rooted in love and respect for those around her and the plant medicines she works with. She teaches others to face their shadows and darkness with love and compassion, leading those to see the healer within themselves and teaching others how to alchemize their pain into power.
  
• Special Guest: Kat Daou is a family constellation therapist helping others heal their family systems and generational trauma.

A 100% refund is available as long as written notice is given 48 hours in advance. If canceled or rescheduled without 48 hours' notice and due to a non-emergency is subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
