We'll meet in the studio at 1:00 pm, and there will be free blank journals with a prompt card for those who want them. Usually, in a hot space, the heat will be turned down to a comfortable level. There will be wellness shots available from magic mind for those who would like to try them.
Our instructor Laura Moir will guide us through an hour-long session starting with 15 minutes of Yin, followed by 30 minutes of Vinyasa flow, and ending with another 15 minutes of Yin stretching. Yin will help us stretch out all the negativity, and the Vinyasa will inspire us to recharge.
Let's de-stress, and relax with a 10-minute sound healing while we lie in Savasana.
Afterward, for those inclined, we'll head next door to Julie's Cafe for a quick cup of tea and a chat.

Available props in the Studio: Blankets for the sound bath, yoga mats, water, cool eye towels, bolsters, and blocks. Optional things to bring: Water bottle, personal yoga mat, eye mask, blanket, journal.
