Bob Marley 81st Earthlight Tribute | Reggae Legends Night | Community Fundraiser
ATLANTA, GA — Friday, February 6 — Atlanta’s reggae community comes together at the historic Smith’s Old Bar for a powerful International Reggae Month celebration, featuring Eastern Standard live in concert alongside DJ Passport and Friends.
The night will honor the enduring legacy of Bob Marley, celebrating what would have been his 81st Earthlight, while also paying tribute to reggae legends whose music shaped global culture, including Augustus Pablo, Max Romeo, Jimmy Cliff, Peter Tosh, Bunny Wailer, Dennis Brown, Gregory Isaacs, Joseph Hill, Akae Beka, and Toots Hibbert.
In addition to live Roots Rock Reggae, attendees can enjoy giveaways and raffles, including a Bob Marley–inspired Adidas Jamaica jersey and Atlanta United FC 2026 season tickets.
The event also serves as a Beautiful Game Project fundraising initiative, featuring a soccer donation drive supporting communities impacted by Hurricane Melissa.
Eastern Standard is an Atlanta-based Roots Rock Reggae band known for high-energy live shows, conscious lyrics, and a signature sound that blends classic reggae roots with modern, global influences.
