  Matt is passionate about movement, yoga, and building spaces where people feel welcome, supported, and connected. His journey began coaching his children’s youth soccer teams, where he discovered a love for leadership, encouragement, and creating communities where everyone could thrive. That passion eventually carried into teaching spin, fitness, and ultimately yoga—where movement became about more than exercise. It became about balance, breath, strength, and connection. A graduate of the Pranalife Yoga Teacher Training Program (2018), Matt brings together his background in coaching, fitness, and yoga to create a grounded, supportive practice that meets people where they are. Whether through movement, mindfulness, or community, his goal is simple: to help people feel stronger, more connected, and a little brighter when they leave than when they arrived.
