💪 REAL ESTATE COLLECTIVE HEALTH x STRAPPED FITNESS 🐆
This is a FREE community event, however registration through Eventbrite is required to reserve your spot as space is limited.This special session will feature a combination of two of Strapped Fitness’ signature classes:
🔥 THE OG
Their foundational full-body strength class using resistance straps to improve strength, mobility, and confidence through intentional movement patterns. Suitable for all fitness levels and a perfect introduction to the Strapped method.
🦍 SAFARI
A freedom-of-movement class inspired by natural, animal-style movement. Expect crawling, rolling, flowing transitions, floor work, and coordination challenges designed to improve mobility, body awareness, and movement quality in a fun and engaging environment.
Whether you’re looking to challenge yourself, improve mobility, connect with others in the community, or simply try something completely different, this is going to be an incredible experience. We can’t wait to see everyone there!
