In the slow breathing session, you will learn a rhythmic breathing technique for optimal balance, also called coherent breathing. I will guide your inhaling and exhaling at a rate of 5 breaths per minute using my voice and specially created music. Scientifically linked to improved autonomic nervous system function, this method enhances relaxation and reduces stress.
We practice the technique with guided breath cycles, integrating awareness of the breath's impact on heart rhythm. The session highlights coherent breathing's potential to enhance mental clarity, emotional well-being, and overall physiological coherence, providing a practical tool for daily stress management.
I will start with some information and slow movement excercises to open up our bodies to breathing and then you will lay down on a comfortable matress.
At the end we share and there is tea and water freely available.
