If you love Ska music you will love the Ska Night event coming up at AFC Portchester.Two acts will bring the Ska sounds alive in the clubhouse at The OnSite Group Stadium on Friday, May 22.
It promises to be a night of ska musical fun as the two unique groups perform songs from all eras of this popular music genre - from the original ska music in the early 1960s and the two tone British era from the late 1970s, through to the third wave music produced through the 1980s and 1990s and more modern day tunes.
The range of voices included in the choir means the music they perform really comes alive, and you won’t be able to stop yourself from dancing and singing along with them.
Joining them on the night will be Half Baked Ska - a ska singing group of ladies who are based in Portsmouth and they perform at venues in the city and surrounding areas.
Doors open at 7pm for the Ska Night event in the clubhouse at The OnSite Group Stadium.
Hot food will be available for purchase from 9pm.
