Combining both Sound and Meditation has shown many health benefits.
Sound permeates the physical body with vibrations helping to improve some physical pains, clearing blockages, improves memory, releasing emotions, reducing stress, anxiety and depression.
Meditation can bring clarity to the mind, bring focus, strengthen concentration, self awareness and peace. This again helps reduce stress and more.
Combining both these can bring infinite health benefits with regular practice.
With increasing pressures we have in our daily lives our bodies need time to recharge and what better way then enjoying a relaxation session of Sound & Meditation.
RELAX, HEAL & REFRESH
Please bring something comfortable to lay on Yoga mat:sleeping bag/ blanket and cushion/pillow. Or a roll out lounger cushion.
For those unable to lay down chairs are available but please still bring a blanket and cushion. Plus a bottle of water.
Arrive 10/15 minutes early to chat among friends and get comfy for a start about 6.30pm -8.00pm approx
Free parking 6pm onwards in main car parks.
Please do not park in the castle grounds unless you have a Blue Badge and along church wall only.
