- Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable;
- Admission is by ticket only, regardless of age;
- All late arrivals shall only be admitted into the Licensed Area at appropriate intervals advised by front-of-house;

- No photography, audio or video recording is allowed unless otherwise stated by Licensee;
- No food and beverages (including alcohol) are allowed in the Licensed Area;
- No flowers are permitted in the Licensed Area;
- Any complaints regarding the event will be directed to and dealt with by the Licensee; and
- The Licensor reserves the right, without refund or compensation, to refuse admission to or evict any person(s) whose conduct is disorderly or inappropriate.
