Apoorva Parki is a Sound Therapist & Yoga studio owner who is a mental health advocate. She led her very own yoga show on New Zealand's TV network during the pandemic & has created initiatives like Yoga in the Park to promote a holistic lifestyle. She has guided sessions for Google, the Singapore National Service & several globally established organizations.
She designed this programme driven largely by neuro-science, nervous-system regulation & yoga anatomy to aid people in finding an ease of life. She guides with deep compassion coming from her own personal journey. She acquired training under the 3rd generation of Nepalese Sound Healer, Master Shree in Kathmandu.
