***RULES AND REGULATIONS***1. THIS IS NOT A COMPETITION
2. Only MINI4WD and related models are allowed for this event.
3. THREE (3) entries are allowed for every participant for this event.
4. All entries and participants must be present at the event venue at the time stated.
5. Models are to be secured to the base if there are any.
6. The Organizers will not be held liable for any loss or damage to displayed models during the event.
7. The organizers reserve the right to use the photographs of the entries for publicity purposes.
8. All entries must be built and painted by the participants.
9. Models entered in previous MINICONs are not eligible for participation in this event.
10. Models previously submitted to other competitions are ELIGIBLE for participation in this event.
11. Lastly, remember to have fun… enjoy the hobby.
***REGISTRATION***
All registration to be done via google form from now till 15 NOV 2025.

Only 30 participants slots are available for this event.
First come first serve basis only.

Those who are interested to sponsor food and drinks are most welcome.

***Only registered participants who display their completed model will receive the above entitlement.

Simply bring your entries to the event venue on:

Date: 29 NOV 2025
Time of submission: 1pm - 2pm
Model will be allowed to be collected back after the event at 1638hrs
Late entries will not be accepted.
***PEOPLE’S CHOICE AWARD***
All Participants and Guests will be given a chance to vote for your favorite display.
***GUEST’S FAVORITE AWARD***
Invited Guests will pick their favorite entry during the event.
***MOST CREATIVE AWARD***
We always encourage creativity in modeling. The MOST CREATIVE entry will be awarded.
***BEST PRESENTATION AWARD***
