Join us for an in-person training designed specifically for site administrators! This session will equip you with the skills and knowledge to handle investigations confidently and effectively. Don't miss out on this practical and interactive opportunity to boost your leadership toolkit.

Over the course of our 3-hour training, participants will engage in learning an practical application activities on the following topics:

- Analyze Evidence & Determine Credibility
- Write Findings and Communicate Results
- Take Action and Follow-Up

Additionally, participants will take hard- and soft-copies of the seminar packet and toolkit home with them, including items like:
- Guides & Tools: Quick Decision Guide (who should you tag into the investigation - and when), Interview Do's and Don'ts, Student Rights, Evidence/Interview Credibility Assessment
- Scripts: What to say to complainants and parents/guardians
- Sample Documents: Incident Intake Checklist, Full Investigation Checklist, Assertive Discipline Worksheet, Tiered Behavior Response Guide
This workshop is FREE to participants for this date only. Please be aware that this is the first time that this workshop will be offered at the San Mateo County Office of Education - participants will be asked to complete a longer-than-usual participant survey at the end of the workshop to provide insight on the activities that worked well and things that could be improved.
