29th of March is the official day the clocks go forward and the evenings get brighter & what better way to start it than with a load of like-minded girls outside enjoying the sunshine!
SISTER STRIDE SUNDAY 5K SOCIAL (powered by coffee shop Zega) is BACK. We hold female-only 5k run club socials monthly and usually sell out, so make sure to grab these tickets quick.

⏰ 10am sharp (arrive 9:30am please so you can try some free redbull/ electrolyetes/ drop bag/ warm up etc)

🌟 Every pace is welcome - no one left behind! We also have a walk/jog pacer at the back so if this is your first 5k, we are the perfect group for you!
