About this Event
Sips & Sounds is a sensory-focused experience designed to support presence, reflection, and deep relaxation through guided herbal tea tasting and sound meditation.
The evening begins with a curated herbal tea tasting, where you’ll explore flavors, aromas, and how different herbs can support the body and nervous system. You’ll be guided to slow down and tune into your sensory experience while using a Tea Tasting Journal to record tasting notes and embodied reflections.
Participants will then create a personalized herbal tea blend to take home—something you can continue to enjoy as part of your own self-care or ritual practice.
We’ll close with a deeply relaxing sound bath meditation, offering space for rest, integration, and nervous system settling.
