Join us for an evening of good coffee and cool tools with the DiFluid team! We'll have a sample roasting setup with Difluid's innovative tools like the OmniFlux which measures roast color in real-time. Roast coffee, and then brew it using Difluid's brewing tools like bluetooth-enabled scales and refractometers to connect roasting and brewing choices to flavor outcomes.
Or just come for a good time. We'll have food and drinks and lots of coffee gear.

Who are we and why should you join us?
The event will be led by Bradley and Matthew, who have over twenty years of experience in the coffee industry. We formed Sip Society in 2024 to focus on coffee education with a particular emphasis on everyday drinkers in addition to professional coffee people.
