Q: How much does a Paint & Chill session cost?
A: Our regular Paint & Chill sessions cost $55 per person.
$99 (double promo - for 2 persons for limited offer only while stocks last! )
Prices may vary for special events.
Q: What is included in the ticket?
The ticket includes one complimentary drink (house wine, house beer or non-alcoholic beverage), easel, paint, brushes, apron and a blank canvas (to be painted & take home).
Q: What time shall I arrive?
A: Our Saturday sessions start at 3pm and Friday night sessions start at 6pm. We recommend you arrive 15 minutes early to get signed in, wined and seated.
Q: How regular and long are the sessions?
A: Friday night: 6pm – 7.30pm (8pm)
Saturday arvo: 3pm - 4.30pm (5pm)
Friday evening session starts at 6pm and usually will end at 8pm. We recommend you arrive 15 minutes early to get signed in, wined and seated. If you're going to another place for dinner, make sure that you make the booking after 8pm.

Q: Can I only paint the day/night’s featured painting?
A: Not necessarily, even though our artist will guide you through the steps, we encourage you to be different and creative in your artwork as well!
Q: Can I purchase food and beverage at the venue?

Ticket Policy:
We value the safety of yourself and others, it’s essential to inform us via email who are your buddies that attending the event upon booking and prior to the commencement of the session as you’ll only be seated with your group (your own bubble only).
In the event of any future Covid-19 alert level changes, please be assured that your tickets / vouchers will be valid for further extensions.

Refund and/or reschedule policy:
All tickets sold are non refundable. There will be no refund on cancellations including cancellations by us or due to Covid-19 alert level changes), No Call & No Show.
In the event of any COVID-19 alert level changes, no refund will be made but all purchased tickets will be automatically valid for further extension for a rescheduled event.
You can only reschedule your booking once by giving us 72 hours notice in advance. Otherwise, your tickets are deemed forfeited. A re-booking fee of $10 will apply per ticket.
You must submit your reschedule request via email: [email protected] and subject to approval.
Due to the table setting, we can't guarantee that a group is sitting together at the same table.
This is a social event where you are encouraged to mingle and interact with other participants.

By purchasing the ticket, you're agreeing to give us the consent to take photos throughout the event and posted on our social media page and all other sales & promotion platforms for our marketing purposes.
Kindly inform us if you don't want your photos to be taken during the event.
