Mae Siobhan Maclean wedi bod yn weithiwr cymdeithasol am 33 mlynedd. Fel gweithiwr cymdeithasol annibynnol, mae gwaith Siobhan yn cynnwys darparu hyfforddiant, datblygu adnoddau dysgu ymarfer a gwaith ymghynghorol.
Mae Siobhan hefyd wedi ysgrifennu’n eang ar theori gwaith cymdeithasol ac adfyfyrdod beirniadol.
Mae’r sesiwn hon yn gyfle i chi ddysgu sut mae cefnogi datblygiad ymarfer adfyfyriol. Byddwch yn cwrdd ag addysgwyr ymarfer eraill ac yn rhannu gwybodaeth a phrofiadau am y pethau sy’n bwysig i chi yn eich rôl.
Os ydych yn gofrestredig gyda ni, bydd y sesiwn hon yn cyfrannu at eich datblygiad proffesiynol parhaus (DPP).

Mae’r sesiwn hon ar gyfer addysgwyr ymarfer ac unrhyw un sy’n cwblhau’r cwrs Galluogi dysgu ymarfer.
Cynnwys y sesiwn
Yn y sesiwn hon, byddwch yn dysgu am y fframwaith Beth? Sut? Pam? a sut gallwch ei weithredu mewn ymarfer adfyfyriol.
Byddwch yn dysgu am:
- camau adfyfyrio
- defnyddio dadansoddi mewn ymarfer
- modeli o adfyfyrio a’u prosesau gwahanol
- sut i ddefnyddio cymhlethdod a dadansoddi
- eich cyfrifoldebau yn natblygiad adfyfyrio a dadansoddi

Siobhan Maclean has been a social worker for 33 years. As an independent social worker, Siobhan’s work includes training, developing practice learning resources and consultancy work.
Siobhan has also written widely on social work theory and critical reflection.
This session is an opportunity for you to learn how to support the development of reflective practice. You’ll meet other practice educators and share knowledge and experiences about the things that are important to you in your role.
Attending this session will count towards your continuous professional development (CPD) if you’re registered with us.

This session is for practice educators and anyone completing the Enabling Practice Learning course.
What we’ll cover
In this session, you’ll learn about the What? Why? How? framework and how you can apply this to reflective practice.
You’ll learn about:
- the stages and steps of reflection
- using analysis in practice
- models of reflection and their different processes
- complexity and analysis
- shared responsibilities in the development of reflection and analysis.
