Silent SHHHenanigans - The Lively One!
Ever wanted to dance and sing through the streets like you’re in your own music video? Remember as a kid, you didn't go out and need an agenda to know whats going to happen? Same here, we often freestyle it.... but here is the basis of what we do.
Welcome to a Silent SHHHenanigans where we move as one, laugh as one, and occasionally bewilder innocent bystanders as one.
Here’s how it works:
🎧 You wear wireless silent disco headphones
🎵 Everyone listens to the same high-energy playlist
💃 One instructor guides the group
🌆 We move through different outdoor locations
✨ It is sometimes themed and sometimes it isn't
This is not a historical tour.
It’s not standing still.
It’s not serious. It is sometimes silly.
It’s an outdoor roving party that happens to torch calories while you’re too busy having fun to notice.
We keep groups intentionally small for now, creating a supportive, high-energy atmosphere where nobody gets lost and everyone feels included. Currently capped at 15 headsets, so booking ahead is essential.
*The Lively One - Random Playlist (mostly singalongs) - cheesy pop tracks, dancey, nothing genre specific, just lively and fun. Aiming for about 3-5 miles in approx 60-80ish minutes, walking, dancing, singing and just enjoying life.
Fancy dress is optional but wildly encouraged. Glowsticks, neon, lights, sequins, tutus, retro tracksuits, disco capes… if it glows, jingles or sparkles, bring it.
