About this Event
We all have an unhelpful inner critic that not only disturbs our mental peace but actually holds us back from being the person we want to be and living the way we really want to live.
Learn to recognise this inner critic as it operates in your life and relationships and discover through meditation how to let go of this painful habit and develop more self acceptance, positive aspirations and loving kindness.

Gen Chitta is a Buddhist Nun with many years of experience teaching meditation and modern Buddhist wisdom. Known for her warm, clear, and practical approach, she helps people apply meditation effectively in everyday life.
Everyone welcome. No special clothing or equipment required. A selection of both chairs and meditations cushions will be available. Located just 18min walk from Grand Central Station and with free on street parking outside.
