Join us for an exciting pasta making class led by Chef Edward Strojan at Calandrino's Old City Vino. Calandrino's will be closed to the public for this special event. Learn the art and history of crafting delicious Sicilian pasta from scratch in this hands-on experience. Chef Edward will share his expert tips and tricks while guiding you through the process of creating handmade pasta and sauces. This class will feature two of chef Ed's favorite Sicilian pasta dishes- busiate with pesto trapanese and gnocchi alla Norma . Steve Calandrino will be pouring wines he imports from Italy and maybe even some house made limoncello. Save room for dessert! This class uses nuts NUT ALLERGY
