Shuffle Lab brings its signature dance-meets-wellness experience to The Elser Hotel & Residences for a special Miami Music Week edition on Saturday, March 21 from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. The cardio festival features a beginner-friendly shuffle class (no experience needed), a glitter station, live DJ performances and beverage offerings like coffee and matcha.
