Fit Mom Club: Free Stroller Walk + Pelvic Floor Chat

Join Fit Mom Club for a relaxed morning of movement, learning, and community in Coconut Grove! We’ll meet at Starbucks to kick things off with a brief chat on pelvic floor health for active moms by Dr. Lauren Palmero PT, DPT covering common issues like leaking with running, jumping, or workouts and what you can do about it while we grab a coffee.

After our quick education moment, we’ll head out for a stroller walk around the beautiful marina, giving moms a chance to move their bodies, connect with other women, and enjoy some fresh air.

Bring your babies, toddlers, or kiddos in strollers. Everyone is welcome!

Whether you're newly postpartum or just looking for a supportive community of moms who love to stay active, this is a great way to learn something helpful and meet other local moms.
