Shuffle Lab brings its signature dance-meets-wellness experience to The Gates Hotel South Beach for a special Galentine’s Shuffle Cardio Party on Saturday, February 21, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. The feel-good morning features a beginner-friendly shuffle class (no experience needed), a live DJ set by SUNNY D and curated wellness activations with partners including vitamin shots from Neos Functional Medicine, All WellO fresh juices, energy drinks from Bloom Nutrition, Feelz energy gummies, snacks from Paleo Valley and Mezcla, plus homemade cookies from Giovy’s Bakehouse. Guests will also enjoy luxury goodie bags and gifts from Cliganic, Cowboy Colostrum and VIO2, and are invited to dress in festive reds and pinks while staying to enjoy pool or beach access for the day.
