This meringue-based dessert consists of a light and crispy marshmallow
confection filled with a tart Lemon Curd and topped with whipped Chantilly Cream, fresh fruit and Raspberry Coulis.
Students will prepare three Mini Pavlovas to take home.
While the pavlovas are baking, Chef Sue will demo the fillings and assembly of the Pavlova to create a stunning finale to any summer party!
A light snack and Iced Tea will be served at the beginning of the class.
Later, you will enjoy a sample of the Pavlova!
Please bring a container to take home your Pavlova
