Short-term rentals (STR's) are expanding rapidly across our urban, suburban, and rural landscapes. For local municipalities, this growth brings a difficult choice: How do you foster tourism and economic growth while protecting affordable housing and the residential character of our neighborhoods?

Join us for an informitive session focused on best practices for developing local regulations. We will move beyond the debate and provide you with the tools to adoptor amend ordinances tat are:

Protective: Safeguarding municipal interests, health, safety, and housing supply.
Balanced: Preserving the unique quality of our local neighborhoods.
If approved by your municipality, this workshop can provide 2 hours of training to meet the NYS Municipality Training requirement.
