Join us on the beach this summer solstice sunrise for a morning of movement, reflection and celebration. Wrap up warm for a 4am start!We'll begin with a yoga celebrating the sunrise with movement andjoy before we circle round the fire to share a warming treat, breathe as a group and meditate on the incoming summer of love!
As always we'll be plunging in the sea at some point! (optional!)
