Events are:
Trap bar deadlift for reps
Max axle into Max Dumbbell (3 attempts)
Throwing Bags
Yoke into Farmers
Sandbag to shoulder
Weights and event rules/details to follow - all events have a 60 seconds time limit
Please only enter if you feel the weights look a challenge as we want the day to be as competitive as possible
Trophies for top 3 in each category and comp t-shirts for all competitors
£50 for the winner of both categories
registration will be from 8.45 with the first lift at 10am
£35 to enter DM Joe or Studio 19 for details
No refund unless cancelled

Liability waiver will need to be signed on the day before competing allowed
