Jenn Perell is a facilitator, breathwork guide, and transformational coach specializing in embodied leadership and nervous system education. A yoga teacher trainer with 20+ years of experience in human potential work, she combines scientific grounding with heart-centered wisdom to help people navigate change with clarity and grace.

Jenn believes in growing what's working rather than fixing what's broken, creating space for people to access what they already know—and to trust themselves enough to act on it.
