Sherbrooke Community League April Craft Sale - Vendor Sign Up

There are 18 tables available.

Vendors will have access to the hall from 8AM - 6PM.

Also a few additional notes from the organizers:

- There will be free tea and coffee for all vendors

- You should come early to give you lots of time to set up before doors open

- You should stay until closing time even if you are nearly sold out, we do not want pack up / take down occurring while still open

- After you have unloaded you need to find street parking so as to leave the parking lot for attendees

- Electrical outlets are scarce in the hall (for some reason) so if you specifically NEED one please let us know so we can try and position you accordingly

In order to assign tables please complete your order for your table(s) and send the following information to [email protected] with:

Schedule:

8AM - Vendor Set Up

10AM – Sale opens

4PM -Sale ends, hall closes to public

6PM - Hall closes to all (vendor pack up time)

We are planning on a daily spotlight for each vendor (or group)!If you're interested please send:

• What name/title you want to be posted.
• Website/etsy/facebook or other social media and shop links.
• Your logo or graphic
• Any text you would like included

We will be assigning tables and you will find your name on the tables when you get there 😊Thank you!
