All throughout April, we will be offering FREE ARNIS classes every Saturday: April 11, 18, and 25.

Class Schedule:

⏰ 9:15 – 10:00 AM | Ages 8–12

⏰ 10:00 – 11:00 AM | Ages 13–15

⏰ 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM | Ages 16+

What is Arnis?

Arnis is the national martial art and sport of the Philippines. It is a traditional fighting system that focuses on weapons training—especially using sticks, blades, and improvised weapons—while also teaching empty-hand self-defense techniques.

Practitioners learn striking, blocking, footwork, disarming, and control techniques using rattan sticks, knives, and open-hand movements. Arnis training helps develop speed, coordination, reflexes, discipline, and confidence.

Today, Arnis is practiced around the world as both a self-defense system and a competitive sport, while preserving the rich cultural heritage of the Philippines. 🥋🇵🇭
