Shelby Park Wellness Walk

Join us for a gentle Saturday morning walk designed to nourish the body, calm the mind, and reconnect with breath and nature.

We'll begin with a breathwork & grounding circle followed by a solo mindful 20 minute walk, utilizing all 5 senses to engage and dive into presence. There will be an optional moment to share or reflect together at the end Open to all.

We will meet at the Big Dripping Bird by the pond and field.

All donations go to Deep Roots Non Profit. We provide wellness to women survivors of trafficking and addiction.

The nature center is also hosting an early bird coffee social from 9am-12pm that is optional to check out after.
