Our small group sessions are designed to help you lose 30+ lbs while boosting your confidence. Get ready to sweat, laugh, and push yourself to reach your goals. Our experienced trainer will guide you through a variety of exercises to help you shed those pounds and build a strong, confident body. Don't miss out on this opportunity to transform your health and fitness!
- Your Coach will be wearing a Black Trainer tanktop/long sleeve, meet up at the adult pull up/exercise station.
- Limited slots available , must have ticket to participate. If no tickets avaialble please reach out before arriving
- If raining, class will be cancelled and you will be sent At-Home workout!
- Please bring Mat, towel and water
- 45 Minute low-impact Exercises
- 10 minute Restorative Stretch, Breath & Flow
- Post-workout Q& A plus 10-15 minute open discussion(optional) on Flexible Eating
