"Within the Waters of Rest: A Sacral Womb Ceremony"

PUPROSE:

Rest is required for healing. This ceremony is specifically crafted to enter into deep states of rest and replenishment. In so doing, this encourages trauma held in the Womb to dislodge and return to its natural state of fluidy. Within these healing waters, the experience of these emotions has the ability to transmute, replenshing your connection to your lineage, your Self, and the Divine essence of life.

CEREMONY DESCRIPTION:

"Within the Waters of Rest - A Sacral Womb Ceremony" is the second gathering in "The Listening Space" sessions. We beginning opening the lines of communication to the Sacral Chakra through a sensual plant spirit medition; ingesting and annointing the body with an intentionally crafted tea infusion. This will be followed by a sound immersion and Yoga Nidra, a meditative yogic sleep practice. It's said, 20 minutes of Yoga Nidra is equivalent to 4 hours of deep sleep.

INSPIRATION:

The Sacral Chakra, the Womb, is our cosmic heart, tethering our emotional landscape to the history of our personal and ancestral body. Because of this, the Womb is a transmutational energy center in which trauma, grief, and loss held within hold the seeds of our own wisdom and freedom.
