“She Still Exists” is not just a day retreat, it is a remembrance. A rising. A soft yet powerful homecoming to the parts of you that were never lost, only waiting.
Surrounded by the gentle rhythms of Sound Healing, the release of Sacred Movement (Dance), the vibration of the Vocal Sound Bath, and the stillness of Guided Meditation, Journaling, Breathe Work and Conversation- you will be held, heard, and honored.
This gathering is for the woman who’s given everything and is ready to pour back into herself. For the one who is healing. For the one who longs to feel whole again. For the one who wants to exhale, cry, laugh, move, rest, and remember.
