This Women’s Day, you are invited to step into a soft, supportive and empowering dance experience designed to help you reconnect with your body, your confidence, and your feminine strength.
We begin with a heart-opening cacao ritual, creating a safe and grounded space to slow down, arrive, and set intentions. Through gentle embodiment and body-positivity practices, you’ll be guided to listen to your body with kindness and curiosity.
From there, we move into heels technique and Latin-inspired dance, blending elegance, grounded power, and expressive movement. This is not about perfection or performance — it’s about presence, confidence, and owning your unique way of moving.
The experience closes with integration, reflection, and a small Women’s Day gifting moment to honor you and your journey.
