We are thrilled to announce that Laju Choudhury is back and making her only Midwest stop right here at Bikram Yoga Chicago! This is a rare opportunity to experience a class with Laju, the daughter of Bikram Choudhury and a living embodiment of the yoga tradition. Born into a family of two yoga champions, Laju carries the wisdom and experience passed down from the source of our beloved Bikram Yoga series.

Laju is a wealth of knowledge, and her deep understanding of the practice offers students an opportunity for precise corrections and profound insights.
