A deeply nurturing four-hour wellbeing experience held with compassion and intention. Through conscious breathwork, guided meditation, a heart-opening cacao ceremony, and Reiki energy healing, you’ll be gently supported to release what no longer serves and welcome the season of renewal.Held at Sandymoor Community Centre, Sharing the Light offers a safe, welcoming space to rest, reset, and reconnect with your inner light as nature begins to bloom once more.
Sharing the Light is a facilitated wellbeing event delivered by a multidisciplinary team. Dave is a qualified counsellor. Eleanor is trained in psychology and hypnotherapy. Julie is a Reiki practitioner, and Carmel is a public speaker and our professional voice of an angel. .
