- Ms Silja FISCHER, Secretary General, International Music Council
Silja Fischer is the Secretary General of the International Music Council (IMC), the world’s largest network of music organizations and institutions, founded by UNESCO in 1949. IMC is committed to the advancement of the Five Music Rights, which advocate for universal access to music, education, and cultural diversity. Under Silja's leadership, IMC unites experts from across the globe to raise awareness and promote initiatives supporting these rights, engaging directly with over 1,000 member organizations in 150 countries. IMC’s work spans all music genres and cultures, fostering a global network of collaboration and action to ensure that music rights are upheld for all.
- Ms Gwendolenn SHARP, Founder, The Green Room
Gwendolenn Sharp is the founder of The Green Room, an organization dedicated to driving ecological and social change within the music industry. Since 2016, she has co-developed lowcarbon touring solutions, conducted environmental assessments, and led advocacy and training on sustainable artistic practices. Gwendolenn contributed to the Mobility Scheme for Artists and Culture Professionals study (Creative Europe, 2019) and regularly speaks at industry events on the role of culture in addressing environmental crises. She is a JUMP Fellow (2019) and a Keychange Innovator (2022).
- Mr Justin HEGBURG, Programme Leader, Diploma in Audio Production, LASALLE College of the Arts/University of the Arts Singapore
A music-technology-production creator, Justin Hegburg’s expertise includes music recording and mixing, classical music editing, audio mastering, project management and music production. He began his career in New York working with numerous Grammy-winning producers and engineers. His production work can be heard on many commercial releases spanning a wide variety of musical genres. At LASALLE, Justin leads the Audio Production Programme teaching both music and technology based modules. Prior to LASALLE, Justin worked as a freelance audio engineer and was an adjunct professor at the Clive Davis Department of Recorded Music at New York University, USA. Justin continues to work as a mixing and mastering engineer across a wide range of musical genres.
