Kacy Pleasants is a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher and Reiki Master devoted to helping women reconnect with their strength, resilience, and inner calm.

Kacy creates a grounded, welcoming space where women can release tension, restore balance, and build lasting self-trust from the inside out.
