Join us as we drum, sing and journey in Sacred Space.We begin the evening with smudge, sing medicine songs, drum up our Spirit Song and participate in shamanic journey for direct communication with our Power Animals and Spirit Guides. It is an evening filled with laughter, learning and sacred connection.

What to bring:
- Drum and/or rattle (Erin will provide some drums and rattles to share for those who do not have their own.)
- Blanket for comfort during journey, if you prefer.
- Water
- Journal and pen
- Eye cover if preferred, Blindfolds are available if you don't have your own. (Some find shamanic journey easier when the eyes are covered)
- Community Altar contribution (you bring your sacred items home with you)
