Join Ecstatic Dance Facilitator Nicole Rose for a 2-hour multidimensional movement ceremony designed to help you release heaviness, reconnect to your infinite heart, and embody your most authentic, radiant self.
Through guided movement, breath, and sound - and working with the energies of Gaia, the elemental forces of creation, and source consciousness - you’ll be invited to drop out of the mind and into the wisdom of your body, where clarity, intuition, and true self-expression naturally arise.
This transformational journey will support you in awakening your inner wisdom and embodying more of your natural creativity, power, and soul light.
Many participants leave feeling lighter, clearer, deeply connected to themselves, and inspired to move forward in their lives with renewed energy and alignment.
What To Expect
The flow of the ceremony includes:
- Opening circle
- Guided ecstatic dance to electronic/high vibe music (about an hour)
- Journaling integration
- Closing circle
No experience necessary. Only a willingness to be curious.
All bodies are welcome.
Wear comfy clothes that allow you to move freely.
Bring water, snacks, a yoga mat or cushion to sit on, journal & pen.
