This is a very special edition of our Somatic Rave, celebrating celebrating Angie turning 40 (whhhatt?!). And we’re doing it properly.
We’re bringing back the nostalgic bangers. The throwback anthems. The songs that raised us, shaped us, and still live rent-free in our nervous systems. Expect all the vibes from back in the day but elevated and embodied.
This is a dance-floor ceremony — a fusion of embodied guided movement, deep beats, and intentional space. Where healing Somatic practices, Visualization, Breath and Movement meet live DJ rhythms, inviting you to drop out of your head and back into your body. A space to sweat, release, and reconnect. Where movement meets mindfulness and the dance-floor becomes a portal to presence.
