The Indigenous believe The breath was the soul itself. Across countless traditions, the word for breath and the word for spirit were the same word. Breath connected the worlds. Your breath is more than survival. It's a doorway! A bridge between your conscious mind and the deeper knowing your body has been holding. In this sacred journey, we use the breath and the power of sound to cut through the noise, move stuck energy, and reconnect you with the self.
This is a class for those who are ready to stop second-guessing themselves. To drop beneath the mental chatter and feel the truth that lives underneath. We'll use shamanic breathwork and live drumming to shake loose what no longer serves you and open a channel to clear, embodied guidance journeying.
Together, we will:
