Homeowner Care 101 is designed to help new homeowners understand the support available through Holt Homes Customer Care, how to submit warranty requests, what to expect during the first year, and how to stay ahead of key warranty milestones.
This class will walk homeowners through the Customer Care process from move-in through the one-year warranty period, including emergency requests, general service requests, six-month check-ins, one-year service visits, and the basics of the 1-2-10 warranty. Attendees will also learn where to find helpful homeowner resources, seasonal maintenance information, how-to videos, and appliance registration reminders.
