Behind the Build is our chance to open the doors and walk you through everything that makes a Holt home a Holt home. From early planning and design, to construction, closing, warranty, and the support you can count on long after move-in — you'll see the full journey, meet the people behind it, and get real answers.
What to expect:
Walk the homebuying journey from start to finish at a trade show-style experience hosted by the Holt Homes team and our trusted trade partners. Stop by the tents to meet the people behind your future home, grab a bite from Mighty Bowl, and sip something delicious from Travelin' Tom's along the way.
Three breakout sessions you're welcome to drop into:
- Find Your Design — a closer look at the finishes and personalization that make a home yours with our Design Center partners.
- Home Care 101 — what's covered, how it works, and how Holt stands behind every home.
- Mortgage 101 — a clear, no-pressure walkthrough of the process.
